Providing Financial Peace of Mind
I have witnessed firsthand how important finances are for peace of mind, security, and the role it can play in happiness. My goal is to keep people on the right side of finance, or help them get to the right side. Taxes are one of the largest expenses each of us pay every year, and is an area that most people can improve upon, with some help. The best part of my job is to help people plan ahead. I always set aside time to discuss how they can decrease tax liability, and what pieces of information about taxation will be relevant to them in the next few years. I also try to teach my clients something new each time they walk into my office.
The Role of Education
In order to provide excellent service, knowledge is key. I graduated from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, with a BBA and am on track to obtain my CPA license. I am constantly researching, keeping on top of the changes, and attending educational seminars to ensure that all topics relevant to my clients are addressed.

On a Personal Note
I was born and raised in Grand Rapids, MI. I love it here and don’t plan on ever leaving. I recently became a homeowner in the Creston neighborhood and I look forward to watching the changes that are taking place with all the new projects that are occurring. I enjoy anything that involves strategy and planning, and will never say “no” to playing a board game. I am a member of the United States Chess Federation and participate in monthly chess tournaments. Many weekends are spent with family. I am the youngest of five children, and uncle to six awesome nieces and nephews.
